Selected work

Proof, not promises.

The tools and systems behind the numbers. Each one started with a real problem in a real business.

01

Acaydia · Chief of Staff & Director of Finance

Building a business buyers wanted.

The situation

An accredited aesthetics college and medical spa: two revenue lines, a 160-person organization, and federal Title IV funding that left zero margin for error.

What I did

As the CEO's right hand, I owned the full financial operation (budgeting, forecasting, and reporting) alongside Title IV compliance, SOPs, and training and feedback systems for staff and students.

The result

41% revenue growth, a 100% federal compliance record, staff turnover cut by two-thirds, and multiple acquisition offers by the time I left.

02

GainzTrain · Finance

Investor-grade books with a real month-end close.

The problem

A young business needed books it could trust, with a clear month-by-month view of revenue, costs, and profit.

What I built

A finance dashboard that pulls revenue from payment records and expenses from the bank, reconciles the two, and only marks a month final when everything ties out and nothing is left uncategorized.

The result

A 55% profit margin (before owner pay), tracked month by month with the same discipline as a formal close.

03

Summit Graphics · Pricing

A quoting system that protects the margin.

The problem

Quotes were built differently every time, which made them slow, inconsistent, and easy to under-price on a fast-growing team.

What I built

A standardized quoting dashboard covering six service lines, priced by vehicle size and wrap type, that calculates job costs as you quote and builds a running quote summary.

The result

Faster turnaround, more accurate quotes, and better margins. Every job covers its costs before it's ever sent.

GainzTrain · Operations

From paper order sheets to one operating system.

The problem

Every order was tracked on paper. Ingredient quantities were calculated by hand, and during prep there was no way to tell whose order had been made or bagged.

What I built

An AI-built dashboard that runs the whole week across eleven modules, from orders and assembly to delivery, customers, analytics, and finance. The weekly menu publishes straight to the website, and orders turn into a shopping list automatically.

The result

About 8 hours saved every week and sharply reduced fulfillment errors. Prep day now runs off one screen.

Behind the scenes

The work I can't show.

Some of my most important work lives in confidential files. Here's what it covers.

A

24-month forecasting

Rolling forecasts that guide expansion and owner distributions through rapid growth.

B

Ownership dashboards

Real-time views of performance so owners can make decisions from numbers, not gut feel.

C

SOP libraries

Documented systems across three businesses that let teams run without the owner in the room, which is the foundation of sale-readiness.

Beyond the numbers

I can grow a business, not just keep its books.

Events, content, and the stage: the people side of building something.
